On Sunday, June 4th, the Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Mind, Body & Spirit Expo and we invite you to participate! The Expo will take place at the Baldwin Vineyards, located at 176 Hardenburgh Road . The event runs from 12PM to 4PM.
The Mind, Bondy & Spirit Expo is open to members of the Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce for free. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your business and make great leads! Non-members are welcome to submit an application to participate after May 19th and a $25 booth fee. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. with payment. Deadline for submission for everyone is June 1, 2017. You are invited to bring samples, marketing collateral, raffles, give-aways, etc., to promote your business.
If you would like to present a demonstration or 15min seminar about the effects of your business on wellness & health please email me with that information. We will have a separate area set up for presenters so guests can sit and listen to or participate in your demonstration. We will try to accommodate 4-5 presenters during the day.
Exhibitors will receive an approximate area of 6′ x 6’ to accommodate a 6’ table and chairs. You MUST bring your own table and chairs. No electric will be available for vendors. Any additional space is $25 a spot.
The Expo opens to the public at 12 PM. Set-up will begin at 11AM. If you need to set up earlier, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Light snacks will be put out by the Pine Bush Area Chamber Of Commerce and Wine tastings with other refreshments can be purchased at Baldwin Vineyards.
