
VENDOR/PERFORMER INFO
ALL VENDORS
Please take a moment to read through our guidelines, fill out our application HERE, and one of our event coordinators will let you know when your application has been approved. *Due to limited space, and time of year, we can only accept a small number of vendors at this time. Your table and tent location will be assigned to you, via email, after your application is approved.
For day-of-event questions, we will have a table set up outside of the Town of Crawford Small Business & Tourism office located at 85 Main St.
VENDORS THAT WE ARE LOOKING TO FEATURE:
- Artists (all mediums – paint, drawings, mosaics, glass, pottery)
- Crafters (soaps, candles, quilting, etc.)
- Musicians/dancers/performers (family-friendly, acoustic, light rock, jazz, etc.)
- Local Farms & Growers (honey, seasonal produce, flowers, plants, etc.)
*This is a neutral, family-friendly event. We will not be accepting applications for anyone who sells tobacco-related, sexual-related products, or any political party affiliates.
VENDOR LOCATIONS
There are two types of event spaces we are offering at this time. The space does not include a table or a tent. All vendors must supply their own table/tent/chairs/trash bags.
Tents:
- A 10×10 tent space in the parking lot next to the dance studio on Main St and in the grassy area of the town gazebo.
Tables:
- Pre-selected sidewalk spaces along Main St.
TENT (10×10 MAX) FEE $40:
- Set up is from 3 to 3:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed to park along Main St.
- 10X10 maximum tent size.
- Tents will be assigned in several areas around Main St.
- The parking lot next to the old dance studio,
- the area around the gazebo,
- donated pieces of property along Main St.
- Your space will be assigned to you based on space availability.
- No electricity will be available.
- You are responsible for your own trash.
- We highly recommend not accepting cash at these events, to help reduce contact with vendors/patrons. Please consider bringing your own payment system (square, Paypal, etc.).
- Please wear your masks when dealing with patrons.
FOLDOUT TABLE (72×30 MAX) FEE $25:
- Set up is from 3 to 3:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed to park along Main St.
- Your space will be assigned to you based on space availability.
- Tables will be set up along the pre-approved sidewalk spaces of Main St. This will help generate walking traffic throughout Main St.
- Based on the depth of the sidewalk, some tablespaces will not have enough room for you to sit/stand behind the table. Instead, you may have to sit/stand along the side of the table.
- No electricity will be available.
- You are responsible for your own trash
- We highly recommend not accepting cash at the FF events, to help reduce contact with vendors/patrons. Please consider bringing your own payment system (square, Paypal, etc.)
- Please wear your masks when dealing with patrons.
MUSICIAN/PERFORMER
- Your timeslot for the Gazebo and dance studio parking lot will be assigned prior to the event.
- Power will be provided at the Gazebo for all performances.
- Please wear your masks when you are not performing.
